| First, I used a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from a sheet of styrofoam that I bought at the craft store. |

| I had to take a sharp knife and go around the edges of the cookie cutter to get a good edge. |

| I stuck a wooden dowel into each star, securing the dowel with a drop of hot glue. Then I spray painted the wands with glittery gold paint. |

| I set up a craft table with jewels, stars, and ribbons to decorate the magic wands. I used q-tips and cups for glue. |
