My favorite place for easy cake recipes is the Cake (mix) Doctor's site and cookbooks. To make Izzy's Surprise Cupcakes, we started with the Doc's strawberry and chocolate cake recipes.
Then, I poured a little chocolate batter into the bottom of the cupcake liners.
And I topped them off with strawberry batter!
I iced them with pink buttercream, added some sugar sparkles and spiders.
YUMMY!!! The chocolate surprise at the bottom is deee-licious!!
